Assistant Turnaround Manager / Coordinator

Hranco Industries is looking for an experienced Assistant Turnaround Manager / Coordinator to support the planning and successful execution of various projects during the CF Industries 2026 outage.
Position Overview
This role will assist the Turnaround Manager in all aspects of the turnaround — from planning and scheduling through to execution and closeout. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout of industrial turnarounds and shutdowns
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Support project budget tracking, cost control, and resource allocation
- Handle administrative duties including documentation, progress reporting, change orders, and invoicing
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project risks and help implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Provide regular project updates and reports
- Support onsite teams during turnaround execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in turnaround/shutdown projects or industrial project coordination
- Experience supporting or managing turnarounds from a contractor’s perspective
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance and construction practices
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities
- Ability to work extended hours during turnaround execution
- Relevant safety certifications and PMP or equivalent are assets

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
