Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work on the full process of a high-volume recruitment
- Sourcing candidates
- Complete full interview process
- Help candidates onboard with our clients
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Students should be flexible for full-time and/or part-time schedules, with the ability to work remotely, or in a hybrid model.
- Students are eligible to work for the summer term (May to August 2026).
- Students currently enrolled in a Human Resources Program (will be able to provide WSIB).
- Students are flexible to work in different time zones (PST, MST, CST, AST).
- Personable and reliable.
- High level of energy and self-confidence.
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Interest in all aspects of an HR Generalist
