As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our café, crafting delicious beverages, serving up our freshly baked treats, and ensuring every guest feels welcome. Your role will go beyond making coffee; you’ll be creating moments of connection with our customers, sharing your knowledge and passion for our products, and helping to maintain a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, adhering to our
standards and recipes.
● Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and
welcomed.
● Educate customers about our menu, coffee origins, and brewing methods.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, workstations,
and seating areas.
● Assist with restocking supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining product displays.
● Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
● Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
● Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for
customers and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Previous barista experience is a strong asset but not required.
● Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
● Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
● Passion for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and equipment.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
● Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory management.
● Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
