Who we are
Elaichi Patisserie was founded in 2023 by a French-trained pastry chef with a vision of bringing together the elegance of French pastry and the vibrant flavours of India. What began at Vancouver farmers markets has grown into a beloved local artisan bakery known for its handcrafted, Indian-inspired pastries.
Today, we create everything from scratch using premium ingredients and traditional French techniques, offering a unique collection of croissants, viennoiserie, and seasonal pastries that celebrate bold, unexpected flavour combinations.
Now, we're opening our first café in Mount Pleasant and are looking for someone who shares our passion for exceptional hospitality, specialty coffee, craftsmanship, and community. As a small, woman-owned business, we're building something thoughtful, welcoming, and full of heart—and we'd love you to be part of it.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, small businesses, specialty coffee, and creating memorable guest experiences. You take pride in your craft, lead by example, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
