Commercial Tire & Fleet Sales Executive

Our company is one of Alberta's established commercial tire and fleet service providers, supporting fleets across transportation, construction, energy, municipal, industrial, and heavy equipment sectors.
We're investing heavily in growth and are looking for a high-performing Commercial Fleet Sales Executive who wants to build something meaningful—not just maintain an existing territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop new commercial fleet accounts throughout Alberta.
- Build lasting relationships with fleet managers, shop managers, transportation companies, and business owners.
- Manage and grow an established customer portfolio while aggressively pursuing new business.
- Provide fleet tire programs, retread solutions, preventative maintenance strategies, and value-added fleet services.
- Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer service after the sale.
- Identify opportunities for long-term contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company professionally within the transportation and commercial vehicle industry.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Commercial transportation or fleet industry experience
- Existing relationships within Alberta's transportation or industrial sectors
- Proven ability to develop new business
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
Industry experience is an asset, but exceptional sales ability, professionalism, and work ethic matter even more.
Compensation
Top performers should expect to earn well above industry averages.
