About Us
Spot's Place is Regina's premier dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training facility. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional care for dogs while delivering an outstanding experience for every pet parent who walks through our doors.
We're looking for an organized, outgoing, and highly motivated Client Care Specialist to become the face of our business. This is much more than a receptionist position—our front desk is the operational hub of Spot's Place.

Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts:
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome pet parents and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training.
- Manage reservations and appointments using our booking software.
- Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries.
- Coordinate Meet & Greets for new daycare dogs.
- Prepare boarding paperwork, report cards, birthday cards, and client communications.
- Process memberships, packages, billing, refunds, and payments.
- Maintain accurate client accounts and dog profiles.
- Manage leads and follow-up communication with prospective clients.
- Work closely with daycare, grooming, and boarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Keep spreadsheets, reports, and operational records accurate and up to date.
- Assist with marketing tasks, social media content, and client engagement.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming front lobby and reception area.
- Support the management team with administrative projects and daily operations.

- Advanced with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Able to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- Reception or administrative experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience using scheduling or booking software.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
- Experience in the pet industry is an asset but not required.
