The Role
We're expanding our site supervision team and looking for experienced Site Supervisors who can take full ownership of a project from mobilization to closeout. You'll be the on-site leader — coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, solving problems in real time, and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients on-site. This isn't a desk job. You'll be hands-on, in the field, and directly responsible for making sure your project runs safely, stays on budget, and delivers the quality our clients expect.
This role is built for a career-minded professional who sets a high bar for themselves and the people around them. We're looking for someone who intends to grow with us long-term — not just fill a seat, but raise the standard on every project they touch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your own construction project independently from start to finish
- Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards on-site
- Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site
- Communicating directly with clients, providing regular updates, and handling on-site concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Using JobTread (our project management platform) daily to track progress, time, and job costs
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
- Identifying and resolving issues proactively before they become problems
- Jumping on the tools when needed — this role requires getting your hands dirty in select circumstances to keep the project moving
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Superintendent, or equivalent role in construction
- Carpentry experience — you’ll need to work on the tools when the situation calls for it
- Strong working knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets on active job sites
- Confident communicator who can represent the company professionally in front of clients, consultants, and inspectors
- Comfortable with technology — you’ll be using an iPad and JobTread daily
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Must own basic hand tools, drill, tool pouch, and standard site equipment
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Relevant certifications are an asset
What We Offer
- Company Vehicle — provided for work use
- Cell Phone & iPad — provided for the role
- Extended Health & Dental Benefits — comprehensive package
- Competitive Pay — $80,000 – $110,000/year based on experience
- Project Variety — commercial and residential builds from $500K to $25M
- Growth-Oriented Team — we invest in our people and promote from within
Our Core Values
- Communication Driven — We keep everyone informed and aligned. No surprises.
- Care for People — We look out for our team, our clients, and our trades.
- Pull the Loose Thread — We dig into problems early instead of ignoring them.
- Z to A Thinking — We start with the end goal and work backwards to get there.
