Job Description:
We are seeking a Repair / Service Technician with a strong background in mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, repairing mechanical systems and able to communicate in Chinese language.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Mon - Fri 9 am-5 pm
Experience: Equipment assembly and repair
Education: College graduate in mechanical field
Licence: Valid Ontario driving licence with clean record
Work Location: Markham Hwy 7 & Woodbine
Your main responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Perform routine maintenance on chiropractic tables, robotic vacuum cleaners and other automation equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with mechanical components and systems and perform repairs as necessary
Install new parts or upgrade existing components to improve equipment functionality and performance
Work with mechanical components such as hydraulic systems, motors, and gears
Maintain records of all repairs and maintenance performed
Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner
Able to communicate in Chinese with manufacturers overseas
Job Requirements:
Certification in mechanics or a related field
Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Knowledge of hydraulic and/or electric control systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Language Requirements: English and Chinese
