What You’ll Be Doing
Own and Grow Your Customer Base
- Leverage your existing network of contractors, site supers, and equipment / project managers
- Build long-term partnerships and become the go-to for equipment needs
- Identify opportunities to expand business within your accounts
Drive Revenue
- Actively pursue new business while maintaining strong existing relationships
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Hit (and exceed) revenue and utilization targets
Keep Jobs Moving
- Coordinate rentals from quote through to delivery and return
- Work closely with dispatch, service, and yard teams to ensure execution
- Stay ahead of issues and solve problems before they impact the customer
Be the Trusted Advisor
- Recommend the right equipment for the job—not just what’s available
- Provide quick, reliable responses and solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Stay dialed into market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
What You Bring
- Established relationships within Alberta’s construction or equipment rental industry (this is key)
- 3+ years in equipment rental, outside sales, or a related field (must have)
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment (earthmoving, compact, attachments, etc.)
- A self-starter mentality—you don’t wait for work, you go get it
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract

Pay: $60,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
