Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
- Negotiate terms of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and competitive products to better serve clients.
Requirements
- Must possess LLQP License at the time of job application.
- Proven sales experience in Life Insurance / Critical illness Insurance
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
