About us
We're growing fast and looking for a long-term, full-time Finance Manager to join our Business Office. Our location is in North York minutes from York University and the Finch West subway station.
The role
This is a closing role. Our salespeople bring you the applications your job is to take it from there and get the deal done. You'll work side-by-side with the salesperson on every deal: structuring the approval, working our lender network, presenting F&I products, and bringing it home to a signed, funded contract. You're the person who turns an application into a delivered car and maximizes profit on every deal along the way.

What you'll do
- Take applications handed off by the sales team and close the deal end-to-end
- Work directly with the salesperson to structure each deal and get the customer to "yes"
- Submit to and negotiate with our lending institutions to secure approvals
- Present and sell F&I products (warranty, GAP, protection plans) and drive backend profit
- Prepare and finalize financial contracts from various lenders
- Handle sensitive personal and financial information with total integrity and accuracy
- Ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and funded no loose ends
- Follow up consistently to keep deals moving from approval to delivery
What we're looking for
- Automotive F&I / finance experience you know how to structure and close a deal
- Strong lender relationships and the ability to work approvals hard
- A natural closer who works well with salespeople, not against them
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Performance-driven with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Requirements
- Previous automotive finance / F&I experience (preferred)
- OMVIC certification (or willing to obtain)
- Fluent in English (required)
- Located in or near North York, ON (preferred)
Pay: $59,353.56-$173,962.20 per year
