Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to join our team. This multifaceted role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth, managing office operations, and supporting our staff.
Responsibilities:
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and facilities management.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different departments.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Training new staff by creating & utilizing existing procedures
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, contractors, and others
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Implementing Business Development strategies directly from CEO
Project Support:
- Assist the team with project coordination and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and manage project-related correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for project proposals, and contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering and/or construction related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or office management roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Entrepreneur background
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of insulated metal panels, pre-engineered steel buildings or related construction materials is a plus.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
