About the Role
We are seeking three (3) experienced and detail-oriented Branded Vintage Checkers to join our team at our facility in Surrey. The successful candidates will play a key role in sourcing, sorting, and selecting vintage and premium designer items, including clothing and accessories, to be supplied primarily to Rokit’s London stores.
This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for fashion, an eye for vintage trends, and strong organizational skills. One of these roles offers a pathway to progress into a leadership position, managing the vintage department and working directly with Rokit in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully select branded, vintage, and premium designer items that align with Rokit’s standards, as another premium clothing orders as well.
- Identify unique pieces and current trends in vintage fashion.
- Sort and organize clothing and accessories for distribution.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets.
- (Future leadership opportunity) Oversee the vintage department, liaise with Rokit in London, and ensure quality consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with vintage clothing or fashion retail.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in vintage and designer categories.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to recognize premium and branded items.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during an 8-hour shift with a high level of focus.
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about fashion sustainability.
- Willingness to grow within the organization, with leadership potential preferred for at least one candidate.
