Maintenance Millwright – Night Shift

Join our team as a Maintenance Millwright and put your mechanical expertise to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, mechanically-focused role where you'll keep critical equipment running safely and efficiently — no electrical work required.

Schedule
Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment — chains, belts, bearings, conveyors, and more
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues to keep downtime to a minimum
- Inspecting equipment to catch potential failures before they happen
- Handling equipment changeovers and supporting new installations
- Reading technical manuals and drawings to guide repairs
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Valid Industrial Millwright Red Seal certification /Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) — required
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with sprockets, bearings, alignment, and tensioning
- Comfort reading equipment manuals and technical drawings
- Familiarity with shop tools and equipment
- CNC experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Able to work night shifts
Pay: $45.70-$47.00 per hour
