Warrington PCI Management is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a commercial portfolio and deliver exceptional results for clients, tenants, and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio while leading operations, financial performance, tenant relationships, and capital projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Manage capital projects, building operations, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Lead and mentor Property Administrators and site teams.
- Drive portfolio performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Active BCFSA Rental Property Management Licence.
- Experience managing office, retail, and/or industrial assets.
- Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset.

Pay: $115,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
