We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms while helping execute our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Create engaging captions, reels, stories, and posts.
Schedule content using social media management tools.
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
Stay current with social media trends and recommend new strategies.
Content Creation
Capture photo and video content during product launches, events, and company activities.
Edit videos for reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and athletes.
Maintain a library of digital assets.
Digital Marketing
Work alongside our digital marketing agency to execute campaigns.
Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Help launch promotions and seasonal marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Website & E-Commerce
Upload new products to Shopify.
Assist with product descriptions and SEO.
Update homepage banners and promotional graphics.
Coordinate product launches online.
Email Marketing
Create weekly and promotional newsletters.
Manage customer email campaigns.
Assist in growing our subscriber list.
Brand & Events
Support apparel launches.
Create promotional material for events and trade shows.
Assist with influencer and athlete collaborations.
Travel to selected events for content creation (when required).
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts.
Experience with:
Meta Business Suite
Instagram
TikTok
Facebook
Shopify
Canva
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro preferred)
CapCut or similar video editing software
Strong photography and videography skills.
Excellent written communication.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
Knowledge of apparel, sports, or lifestyle brands is considered an asset.
Bonus Skills
Graphic design experience.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO.
Paid social advertising experience.
Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
Experience working with influencers.

Salary
$50,000 – $70,000 per year, based on experience.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just post on social media—they understand how to build a brand. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, comfortable behind both a camera and a computer, and excited to create content that drives engagement and sales. They should be willing to jump into product launches, attend events, collaborate with athletes and influencers, and bring fresh ideas that keep our brand growing.
