Job Summary

The Customer Support & Reporting Coordinator will support reporting, data verification, order processing, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from ERP systems and prepare accurate datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Organize, manipulate, and verify data using Excel functions such as formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, and data sorting.
- Compare extracted and manipulated data against source records to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
- Extract and validate data required to support monthly vendor bill backs.
- Maintain reporting files by updating formulas and links to prior reports.
- Support customer service activities, including data entry, order processing, invoicing, and other administrative duties as assigned.

- Annual salary range: $43,680 to $45,760.
