Your Responsibilities
- Dispense and review prescriptions
- Conduct patient counseling and medication reviews
- Work alongside physicians and healthcare teams
- Uphold Alberta College of Pharmacy standards
What We’re Looking For
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Strong clinical skills and patient interaction abilities
- Familiarity with retail pharmacy software (helpful)
- Dedication to community-focused patient care
Compensation and Perks
- $75 - $80/hour – leading rate for Alberta retail pharmacy
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- Retention bonuses available
- RSP – 4% of base annual salary contributed to group RSP
- Short-term incentive plan – annual bonus for pharmacists (variable)
- 4 weeks total paid time off – 2 weeks vacation + 1 additional week + 4 personal days
- Medical & dental benefits – start day 1
- Licensing & insurance fees – fully covered
- Extra credentialing (e.g., CDE) – fully covered
