Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Answer questions about products and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area
- Restock supplies and merchandise
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required
