Job description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. The right candidate must be able to multitask and preform several tasks consistently and consecutively in order to provide the best efficient service possible in a fast-paced environment. Must also be computer literate and good understanding of office technology and business procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with the clients . Monitor customers flow.
- Evaluates reporting personnel in the performance of their jobs and tasks distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Organize maintenance schedule and work flow
- Monitor and manage fleet
- Ensure excellent timely maintenance and cleanliness of the fleet
- Ensure that all customer complaints are acted upon
- Responsible for reconciling petty cash, and bank deposits
- Performs any other duty or task as may be assigned from time to time by the Rentals Manager.
What We Require:
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Minimum tow years of experience in tourism/hotel industry
- Mast have general knowledge about the vehicle ant its maintenance requirements
- Must be a dynamic individual with the ability and skills to meet, greet and serve customers, and to achieve the goals as established by the Rentals Manager
- Has a full G license and police clearance a clean abstract
- Good general knowledge of the vehicles and vehicle general maintenance
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English to interact with customers and employees as well as write and read contracts, reports, and instructions
