Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their optical needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear frames and lenses that suit their style and vision requirements
- Provide professional advice on optical products, including lenses, coatings, and accessories
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in eyewear fashion and optical technology
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the retail space and back office
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Educate clients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or optical environments is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to vision care is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and assist customers effectively
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
