In this role, you’ll enhance the lives of our patients delivering exceptional vision and eyewear experiences in a fun, casual, and collaborative environment just 35 kilometers from Calgary city center.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Experience
· Welcome customers warmly, creating a friendly and approachable environment
· Guide patients through their visit and address questions
- Manage scheduling, billing, phone calls, and email communication
- Maintain strong organization and accuracy in all administrative tasks
Clinical Support
· Recommend the best possible eyecare products based on the customers needs
· Perform pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging and pressure checks
(don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
· Prepare patients for advanced dry eye treatments (RF & IPL)
· Dispensing duties where required
· Assisting patients with frame selection
· Support overall clinic flow to ensure a positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience with EMR and Windows, social media interest a bonus

This position is a part-time role working approximately 24-30 hours per week.
You can leave your high heels or tie at home; we are a casual workplace.
Pay: $15.00-$21.00 per hour
