Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented practicing lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and case analysis. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse legal matters, develop expertise across multiple practice areas, and contribute to the successful resolution of client cases. The practicing lawyer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, and representing clients effectively. A solid understanding of legal research tools such as LexisNexis is essential, along with excellent writing and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy development
- Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with precision and clarity
- Analyze case facts and applicable laws to develop effective legal arguments and strategies
- Negotiate settlements and other agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with various matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, or negotiations as needed
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents that impact client interests
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
