Sell AI that gives police officers their time back.
Faction Four builds Smart Squad — a public-safety platform used by law enforcement agencies across Canada and the USA, covering e-ticketing, automated report writing, evidence integration, and AI built for frontline policing. Our AI writes police reports, reviews them against Canadian law, and hands officers back the hours they'd otherwise lose to paperwork. It's some of the most useful applied AI in the country, and most of the market doesn't know it exists yet.
That's your job. We're independent, profitable, and making our first dedicated sales hire. You'll be the person who puts this in front of agencies and closes the deal.

- We'll teach you the domain. You don't need to have sold to police before. Bring the drive and we'll make you dangerous on the product and the buyer.
What you'll do
- Hunt. Prospect agencies, get the meeting, run the demo, close the deal.
- Own the long cycles — public-sector deals take months, multiple decision-makers, and real persistence.
- Work alongside our reseller partners on deals across Canada and the US.
- Lead with the integrations we've already built (the fastest wins), and flag the opportunities that tell us what to build next.
- Keep your pipeline full with focused marketing and a budget you help direct.
What we're looking for
We care more about drive than pedigree — but you need to have actually closed things.
- A real closing track record. You've carried a quota and hit it. Not "supported deals." Not "worked alongside sales." You closed. This is the bar.
- Hunger. You chase, you follow up, you don't wait for leads to land in your inbox. We'll ask you to prove it.
- Coachable and fast. You'll be learning a new domain — you need to absorb it quickly.
- Comfortable with technology. You'll talk AI, integrations, and security. Our team backs you on the deep questions; you just need to be curious and unafraid.
- Resilient. These deals are long. Some die. The right person keeps going.
- Based in Canada and eligible to work here.
Bonus, not required: experience selling into government, public safety, or defence.

- CA$90,000 base + uncapped commission — on-target earnings roughly CA$120,000–176,000
- A guaranteed draw through your first six months while your pipeline builds
