TurF is a three-in-one bistro, studio + retail store all under the one roof. We bring a considered menu, a conscious sweat and a thoughtful assortment of things we love. We believe in focusing on eating whole foods. In our kitchen good means whole, humane and non processed.
We are looking for passionate, motivated and enthusiastic people to join our Kitchen team at our new location on Main Street. Someone who is punctual, hardworking, outgoing, and energetic. You should be committed to teamwork, creating a positive atmosphere, and delivering excellent customer service. With your multitasking abilities and strong eye for detail, you will help us maintain our high standards and exceed our customers expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Early start - must be reliable
- Baking daily offerings (muffins, scones, etc.)
- Setting bakery items out for display
- Setting up food + smoothie station
- Restocking grab + go items.
- Responsible for making food + smoothie's to order for here + to go
- Correct use, storage, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Responsible for working in a clean, and organized manner.
- Complies with food safety regulations
- Recieving + unpacking deliveries
- Responsible for opening & closing duties depending on shift time
The Finer Print:
- 5 shifts a week
- 2+ years of experience in a high volume, fast paced food environment
- Has strong principals in regard to proper cooking techniques, and an eye for detail
- Keen understanding of nutrition, and healthy living
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Must be able to lift heavy objects, 25 kg or 50 lb, from the ground to a table

Job Type: Full-time
Job Timelime: Training in our Kitsilano location July - Switching to Main Location in August (when we open)
