Salary: $110,000 to 145,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Manage daily site activities, coordinating worker assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, maintaining a secure work environment for all staff.
- Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging ongoing training and professional development to elevate team capabilities.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion of site-specific reports.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry
- Comprehensive knowledge in various construction disciplines, with a focus on earthworks and industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) construction.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of managing diverse teams across complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Strong communication skills, essential for effective client interactions and team management.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex construction documents and blueprints.
- Well-versed in contemporary safety protocols, scheduling methodologies, and team engagement practices.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Project Locations & Working Conditions:
- The role involves working on a dedicated project in Winnipeg for a 24 month term.

Pay: $110,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
