We are looking for a full-time sales who has a high level of communication skills to focus on China (including HK) market to assist clients to finalize their immigration decision.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for client communication, lead follow-up, and immigration-related sales support.
- Conduct immigration-related sales and business development activities.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective clients through social media, referrals, online inquiries, and offline channels.
- Communicate with prospects who are considering immigration, study abroad, work permits, or other Canadian immigration options.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Build strong rapport with prospects through phone calls, online meetings, messaging platforms, and in-person communication where required.
- Understand client needs and assist clients in moving toward a final immigration service decision.
- Negotiate and close service agreements with clients.
- Work with team leaders, RCICs, and internal professionals to respond to complex client questions or requests.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, conversion targets, and other KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in the company CRM system.
- Prepare client follow-up materials, sales correspondence, and prospect communication materials.
- Support immigration case coordination or other related duties as requested by the company.
Required Skills, Traits & Experience
- Fluent Cantonese is required.
- Strong Chinese communication skills; Mandarin is an asset.
- Proficiency in English for workplace communication and written correspondence.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales, client advisory, customer service, or service-based sales experience.
- Experience selling professional services, consulting services, education services, immigration services, financial services, real estate services, or other high-trust services is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market and Cantonese-speaking client expectations.
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration, study permit, work permit, or permanent residence pathways is an asset.
- RCIC licence is preferred but not required.
- Positive, cheerful, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads through professional relationship-building.
- Comfortable working with clients across different time zones.
- Experience using CRM systems is an asset.
Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year (plus commission)
