Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The candidate will work at our chicken warehouse and be responsible for loading and unloading products using both counterbalance and reach forklifts.
Work location will be in Mississauga, ON
Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks
- Move and organize products within the warehouse
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance and Reach)
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's licence
- Own vehicle required; pickup truck preferred
- Comfortable working in a chicken warehouse
- Able to handle raw poultry products and work around raw meat
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required
Compensation & Employment
- $20.00 per hour
- Part-time: 3–4 days per week
- Payroll through SIN (Social Insurance Number) employment only
- Cash payments are not available
