Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, dedicated hands-on HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties to optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, hydronics, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC systems, such as Heat Pumps, Boilers, Hydronics, Ventilation, Furnace, and Air Conditioner systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Perform tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs.
- Perform service calls, preventative maintenance
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and system diagrams to facilitate accurate installations and repairs.
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components (e.g., heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and or recommend preventive maintenance when necessary.
- Prepare written materials (e.g., repair status, activity logs, etc.) as required
- Participate in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (Minimum 3 years in the field, hands-on experience)
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler operation, appliance repair, and construction practices.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting complex issues.
- Experience with maintenance procedures for various mechanical components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC related to the fields are required.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
