The Role
You’ll run pre‑booked video/phone calls with owners of local service businesses (roofers, contractors, trades, etc.), diagnose their lead flow, and enroll qualified prospects into our monthly SEO / Google Ads programs.
- Full‑time, remote, Monday–Friday, North American business hours (EST)
- Two‑call sales process: Discovery Call + Roadmap Call
- You own: sales calls and pipeline follow‑up
- You do not handle: client onboarding, delivery, or fulfillment
- All calls are recorded for training and performance review
What You’ll Do
- Take 15-30 video/phone sales calls per week to start (volume increases later)
- Follow a structured, consultative non-aggressive script to diagnose, present, handle objections, and close
- Follow up with no‑shows and not‑yet clients via phone, SMS, and email
- Keep the CRM updated with clean notes, stages, and next steps
- Join weekly call‑review sessions and be coachable with feedback
- Hit targets for close rate, show rate, and new monthly revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Legally able to work and based in Canada, fluent in English
- 1-3+ years closing over video/phone (agency, marketing, B2B services, or SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable selling retainers in the $1,500–$5,000/month range
- Experience with inbound, outbound, or pre‑booked leads
- Competitive, coachable, and hungry to have income tied to performance
- Experience selling agency/marketing retainers is preferred over general retail sales
Compensation
- Base: $4,000 CAD/month.
- Commission: 20% of cash collected on every client you close (uncapped commission).
- On‑target earnings: $90k–$115k+ CAD/year, depending on performance.
Pay: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
