We are currently seeking a Licensed Auto Body Technician to join our team in Stirling, ON!
Education and Experience:
- License/Certification 310B (Red Seal)
- Valid 310B Apprentice Registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bodywork on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, frame repairs, and other collision-related repairs.
- Restore vehicles to original condition as per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Manage assigned work orders to achieve targets set out by Production, Shop Management, and/or Estimator.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate tools, equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- 3-5+ years Collision Repair Experience, inclusive of apprenticeship.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficiency in body repair techniques, including welding, panel replacement, and frame straightening
