In Bloom Landscaping is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working outdoors, works well within a team environment, and understands the importance of listening to and following direction from supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Weeding, pruning, planting, and garden maintenance
- Property clean-ups and seasonal maintenance
- Safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment
- Maintaining clean, organized job sites
- Following instructions from supervisors promptly and respectfully
Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong listening skills and willingness to follow direction
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically capable of performing outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Previous landscaping experience is an asset (not required)
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not necessary
