Job Overview: General Renovation Worker
The Werks Builders is an established contractor, looking for motivated, talented and hardworking team members in a wide variety of construction activities. Work is comprised of both Interior and Exterior Renovations. Experience is preferred, especially installing drywall, but we will train the right person where they may have knowledge gaps. Applicants must be physically capable of performing construction-related duties, including frequent standing, climbing, bending, carrying, and lifting materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs.

Requirements:
- Driver's license.
- Attention to detail.
- Working outdoors in varying weather.
- Repetitive physical activity.
- Have and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Respectful to Clients and Fellow Workers.
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs)
Responsibilities:
- Jobsite clean-up and maintenance
- Drywall installation, taping/mudding, and sanding
- Demolition
- General carpentry: Framing / Building
- Material pick-up & delivery
Remote Working Opportunities:
- Travel required (some jobs are outside of Winnipeg).
