Job Description:

Core Expertise:
- Siemens Automation Systems (Primary Focus):
- Hands-on experience with TIA Portal, Step 7, S7 PLCs, and WinCC HMI.
- Skilled in developing and debugging PLC and HMI programs using both standard and customized logic.
- Integration of Siemens drive systems, motion control, and automation solutions.
PLC / HMI Programming:
- Proficient in multi-platform programming: Siemens (primary), with exposure to Allen-Bradley and Omron.
- Experience in robotics, pick-and-place systems, and multi-axis calibration and testing.
- Knowledgeable in commissioning servo drives, VFDs, and soft starters.
- Electrical & Mechanical Systems:
- Electrical design including power/circuit sizing, panel layout, and communication setup.
- Familiar with mechanical systems such as robotic cells, pneumatics, hydraulics, and material handling.
- Strong cross-functional troubleshooting skills across both electrical and mechanical automation systems.
