Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:
Create and execute traditional and innovative Italian, French & Steak-house dishes with precision and creativity.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor consistency.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and specials.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure excellence in food preparation and safety practices.
Uphold sanitation and hygiene standards to comply with health regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in Italian, French & Steak-house cuisine, with a deep understanding of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
Experience with Optimum Control Inventory System preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume kitchen.
Knowledge of food cost management and menu development.
