Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced DZ Water Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating water trucks to support various construction and residential projects. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficient operation of heavy equipment, and adherence to transportation regulations.
Duties
- Operate water trucks safely across designated routes and job sites, ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the water truck to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Load, unload, and distribute water as required for project needs
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to maintain vehicle functionality
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and daily tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on-site
Qualifications
- Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in commercial driving
- *3 years continuous driving with insurance letter or LOE*
- Strong attention to safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting 70lbs
- Must be able to drive manual
Consistent work, able to start immediately through the end of November
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
