Production Welder – Full-Time
Real Industries – Rathwell, Manitoba
Wage: $24–$40 per hour, depending on experience and ability
Real Industries is looking for a dependable welder to join our production team. We manufacture livestock equipment and trailers and have been operating in Rathwell since 1977.
This is a production welding position focused on efficiently producing quality products using established designs and fixtures.

Responsibilities
- MIG weld livestock equipment and trailer components
- Work with production fixtures, drawings and shop instructions
- Cut, grind and prepare materials when required
- Consistently meet quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with other shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience preferred
- Welding certification is not required
- Ability to produce strong, consistent welds
- Able to work efficiently in a production environment
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to quality and workplace safety
Wages will be based on experience, demonstrated welding ability and productivity. Applicants may be asked to complete a brief welding test.
