Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager with ISO compliances and auditing.
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) through internal audits.
- Revise and update procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform risk analysis on business evaluations and opportunities.
- Conduct customer complaint and non-conformity investigations, document outcomes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with employees across different departments to collect data and information.
- Ensure documentation aligns with audit requirements across all operational areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (BSc) or Graduate (MSc) degree with a focus on environmental chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
- A background in quality assurance.
- Strong self-starter, able to quickly absorb and synthesize information from diverse areas.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Lists for cataloging and tracking.
- Ability to quickly learn new programs independently.
