About us
Johnson Industries designs and manufactures a range of products in house including hydraulic, pneumatic, spring-set or manually applied caliper disc brakes and brake systems for use on hoists, conveyors, propulsion systems and other rotating equipment. We Have Been Designing and Manufacturing Brakes Since 1915. In our continued growth, we are looking for a full time Assembly to work indoor in a machine shop setting and to start as soon as possible.

Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Fit and assemble prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery
- Move and align subassemblies and components
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Install major components such as gears, pumps, motors or hydraulic assemblies
