Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet service deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
- Assist with plating dishes attractively for presentation
- Support other kitchen staff during busy periods as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
