Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves using both power and hand tools to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. The Hardscape Landscaper will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of gardens and landscapes.

Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting.
- Build garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features as needed.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and landscapes.
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues that may require attention.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Hardscape Landscape or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Ability to use power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work in maintaining gardens and landscapes.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have valid drivers license and good driving history.
