Position: Bilingual Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: 12-month direct-hire contract with strong potential for permanent hire
Salary: $48,000–$51,000/year
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Flexibility required for occasional Saturday shifts or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule as business needs evolve
Work Arrangement:
Fully on-site for the first 3 months of training
Hybrid after training (1 work-from-home day per week)
Reliable transportation preferred

Requirements:
1–2 years of customer service experience in logistics or transportation
Fluent in English and French
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience managing client accounts
Comfortable handling customer concerns and working under pressure
Team-oriented, adaptable, and organized
Proficient with email, CRM systems, and computer applications
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Coordinate pickups and track shipments
Monitor and return voicemails
Manage assigned client accounts
Perform data entry and maintain CRM records
Track and trace orders
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly!
