Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Perform general manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking items
- Help with basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and workspaces
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including potential shifts during weekdays or weekends depending on operational needs
