Based in Kamloops, Arpa Investments Ltd. is an award-winning real estate development company specializing in multi-family residential and mixed-use developments. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join our team.

Our completed projects include Thompson Landing, Yew Street Food Hall, The Colours on Spirit Square, Bright Eye Brewing, and The Station on Tranquille. Current developments include Innova and George on Oak, and we recently broke ground on 377 Tranquille, all of which are six-storey mixed-use residential developments located on the North Shore.
Position Overview
Our Skilled Labourers are expected to perform tasks that require a more experienced skillset. Working closely with site supervisors, tradespeople, and subcontractors, successful candidates will contribute to quality workmanship, safe job sites, and keeping projects running efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks on site as directed by Site Foreman & Project Manager
- Use tools, power tools, or machinery as needed
- Attend safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations to better understand the safety aspect of each site
- Measure and cut materials as needed, help with hands-on installations, perform spot checks and deficiency checks on finished sections of the site, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for yourself and others
- Assist in labour activities, provide guidance to general labourers, and ensure quality control
- Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide assistance to other tradespeople on site
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, heavy-duty machinery, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye to identify issues or problems before they arise
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness and ability to perform the required tasks (lifting, carrying, moving materials up to 60 lbs)
- Punctual and reliable
- Can work well independently or as part of a team
- Valid Drivers License

Arpa Investments Ltd. is committed to providing highly competitive compensation and benefits. Compensation will be commensurate with the skill set and experience of the successful candidate. Extended benefits are available immediately upon completion of the probation period.
