We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Foreperson to join our Courtenay / Comox team and help deliver top-quality work on a range of commercial and multi‑residential projects. If you take pride in running organized jobs, mentoring crews, and building great projects, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Electrical Foreperson with solid commercial and multi-residential construction background
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate large crews (5–15 people) on busy, complex sites
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with:
- Fire alarm systems
- Slab work and underground rough-in
- Power and distribution installations
- Fast‑paced construction schedules
- Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Apprentices, trades, and clients
- Red Seal Certification required
- FSR designation considered an asset
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading job sites and overseeing all daily electrical operations
- Coordinating manpower, materials, and project schedules
- Ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to Osprey’s quality standards
- Mentoring apprentices and supporting their professional growth
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Taking ownership of commercial and multi-residential projects throughout the Comox Valley
