MONDAY-FRIDAY (9a-3p) (MALE ONLY)

This position involves supporting an adult male in a one on one situation while he is at a day program. MUST have experience with individuals with Autism, high needs and possible aggressive behaviours!
Responsibilities
- Promote engagement with others in the structured program.
- Offer safe spaces and breaks for individual when required
- Implement care plan tailored to unique needs.
- Monitor and document client progress and communicate observations to families and supervisors.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks are required.
- MANDT/NVCIS or willingness to obtain
