Attention all Beauty Junkies! We are looking for a full time Lead Spa Assistant, Receptionist and Beauty Advisor at RG Spa and Wellness.
RG Spa and Wellness is the top-rated day spa in Edmonton's downtown river valley, inside the Royal Glenora Club. Carrying top lines such as 111Skin and iS Clinical, you will work with an award winning team of beauty and health experts to deliver an exceptional wellness experience .
The starting schedule is likely to be Tuesday- Saturday 10-6, but applicants must be flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome spa clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and scheduling appointments, processing payments
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Retail sales of our skin care and suncare lines
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Turning over rooms for services
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and cash handling is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales techniques is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep the spa area tidy
