Summary
Youngs Insurance Brokers Inc. is looking for an experienced insurance Sales Broker who is willing and able to generate clients in the Hamilton area. The ideal candidate will be RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker) licensed and have a minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in the insurance industry. The successful applicant will be:

Responsibilities
- Create a high-quality book of personal/commercial business through actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Negotiate insurance policies and terms to secure optimal solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Provide appropriate solutions to client’s insurance needs through analyzing information and assessing risk
- Stay up to date with insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends
- Respond to leads, as well as identify cross selling opportunities

Qualifications
- Valid RIBO license in good standing
- Proven experience generating insurance sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products
- The ability to thrive in a commission-based role

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
