What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead and grow the organization’s technology solutions program — supporting customers before, during, and long after the sale. Your day-to-day will include:

Managing the sales and support of technology-related products and solutions

Building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions

Supporting sales teams with integrated technology opportunities

Leading customer onboarding, training, and post-sale optimization programs

Conducting system health checks, software updates, and seasonal readiness initiatives

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues both remotely and in the field

Monitoring telematics platforms and identifying opportunities to improve performance and uptime

Collaborating with sales, service, parts, and marketing teams to support customer success

Managing department planning, sales targets, inventory coordination, and operational performance

Representing the company at trade shows, demonstrations, clinics, and customer events
What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and passionate about helping customers succeed through technology.

5–8 years of experience in sales, leadership, technology support, or related industries

Strong understanding of equipment, operations, or customer-focused technology solutions

Experience with telematics, diagnostics, software ecosystems, or connected technologies

Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and achieve business goals

Comfortable explaining technical concepts in a practical, customer-friendly way

Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Experience with business systems, Microsoft 365, and evolving technology platforms
