Job Description: AVI is currently seeking general labors in the Calgary area.
Requirements:
Show up on time and fit for duty
Willingness to learn the job, exert the energy to do so safely and efficiently
Must possess and exhibit a strong safety acumen and commitment to do so
Must be committed to customer service focus and respecting the customer 100% of the time as you will be working on their property and must always respect and maintain their wishes.
Responsibilities:
Dress for all types of weather as you will be working outside
Complete all required administrative paperwork: drivers log, time sheet, etc.
Working with crews in a team environment to complete work safely and efficiently
Hand excavating shallow trenches to install Fibre Optic cable
Backfill and remediation
Treating customers properties as if they were your own
Job Type: Full time, year round work in Calgary
Salary: $18-$25
Monday to Friday, overtime, weekend availability. Shut down for 4 days over long weekends.
